Who We Are
hello EIKO ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI training and consulting company operated by EIKO Consulting LLC, a Virginia S-corporation. Our website is helloeiko.com. You can reach us at curt@eikoconsulting.com.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect information across our website (helloeiko.com) and our products, including the hello EIKO CRM, AI Agent Assistant, Social Prospecting Assistant, Sell Kit, and PTCB Exam Prep.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account on one of our products, we collect your email address and name. Some products use Google OAuth for authentication, in which case we receive your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture).
Google service data: Our CRM product can connect to your Google account (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) to sync relevant business data. We access this data using Google OAuth with read-only permissions. We store synced data (email metadata, calendar events, document references) in our database to power CRM features. We do not read or store the full content of your emails.
Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and feedback you submit through our in-app feedback tools.
Contact form submissions: When you submit a form on our website (contact, newsletter signup, bootcamp application), we collect the information you provide.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our products and services
- To sync your Google data within our CRM (only with your explicit authorization)
- To respond to your inquiries and support requests
- To send newsletters or updates you have opted into
- To monitor product health and fix errors
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you authorized (CRM sync of Gmail, Calendar, and Drive).
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the product functionality you authorized.
- Human access to Google user data is limited to the product administrators (hello EIKO team) for debugging and support purposes only.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our products (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI features). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a Google integration, we stop syncing new data but retain previously synced data unless you request deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at curt@eikoconsulting.com.
Your Rights
You can:
- Access the data we hold about you by logging into your account
- Disconnect Google integrations at any time through the product settings
- Request deletion of your account and data by emailing curt@eikoconsulting.com
- Revoke our access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account permissions
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics on our website to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
