The Challenge
Outbound prospecting at a small consultancy is a grind. Researching prospects, identifying timing signals, writing personalized messages, and managing follow-up sequences takes hours per prospect. We needed a system that could do the research and drafting while we focused on relationships.
How It Works
Import prospects from PDFs, CSVs, or ChatGPT-assisted research
AI monitors for buying signals (job changes, funding rounds, public statements about AI adoption)
Generates personalized outreach sequences tied to each prospect's context
LinkedIn warm-up sequencing with relationship strength tracking
Editable prospect profiles with interaction history and tags
