Overview
Legislative Signal turns live and recorded public proceedings into searchable transcripts, watch-term alerts, and evidence-linked briefs. Policy teams name the clients, companies, bills, agencies, and issues they care about, then get timestamped mentions and a concise working record they can review and share.
The Challenge
Government affairs and policy teams spend hours monitoring hearings for a few moments that matter. The work is difficult to scale, easy to miss, and slow to turn into a defensible update. We wanted to give analysts leverage without separating the answer from the public record that supports it.
How It Works
Schedule a supported official public source and add reusable watch terms, aliases, and client priorities.
Legislative Signal monitors the proceeding in the cloud or from an attended browser session, producing a speaker-separated transcript with timestamps.
Deterministic matching flags configured terms and saves the surrounding transcript context so every signal remains reviewable.
The completed hearing becomes a searchable record with a cited brief, editable Hearing Brief DOCX, Full Transcript DOCX, and Mention Log CSV.
